Cross-Cultural Business Training

For U.S.-based executives, BRI’s programs first give participants a “lay of the land” in terms of business culture in the Arab world, political/social networks and effective managerial practices. Then, the programs move into modular sessions, often interactive, focusing on winning new business in the Middle East, negotiating agreements and contracts, resolving conflicts, selecting agents, building a “business intelligence” capability, delivering presentations and proposals and more.

For local national managers
, and particularly “high potentials, BRI’s multi–stage workshops and training events focus on management development, project management and on successfully executing corporate objectives and plans. Regional managers and staff become fluent in U.S. business culture and practices and, specifically, in your company’s organizational culture. BRI also focuses on developing practical and applicable managerial techniques and skills. BRI offers a special course for developing “high potentials” into positions of future corporate leadership.
